2.1.4 Clear DTCs: It will clear the existent fault codes in ECU with one key.
Tips:
It can reset the MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lamp) and the diagnosis information of trouble.
Please operate it when the car is stopped and the trouble is solved.
If the trouble is not solved, the fault codes will come again or will not be cleared completely.

　　The common cases are expressed as follows：
　　①please confirm the codes again. When the fault codes comes out, you should erase it at first. Then, if the codes appear again after you drive in the same conditions, that is to say, it is confirmed.
　　②After the car have a service, the fault codes stored in ECU will not be cleared automatically, and it should be erased by hand.
　　③The car owner can clear some accidental fault codes by himself/herself, which can let your car return to normality. For example, you can erase the accidental fault codes appeared when you add inferior gas, and that will avoid the meaningless repair cost.
　　The car will go into the low-performance safe-mode status automatically, known as limp home, unless some fault codes are erased.
